The WeBe Life Foundation, a 501c3 nonprofit organization, uses technology to Harness the Power of WE - our social connections and relationships - to support the well-being of underserved, traumatized, and displaced people and communities.
Welcome to WeBe FORWARD
In times of personal or professional change, support should be simple, human, and accessible.
WeBe FORWARD is a cross-sector support initiative created by The WeBe Life Foundation to connect those in transition with tools and resources to help. Whether you’re navigating a layoff, looking for emotional support, or seeking meaningful ways to give back—WeBe FORWARD is a bridge. Between people. Between sectors. Between moments of uncertainty and momentum.
WeBe FORWARD is building a community of individuals, professionals, and organizations to offer resources across industries—from well being tools and resources to mentorship, housing to workforce reintegration—through dedicated support groups we call EAGs (Enhanced Affinity Groups).
The first of these?
We are excited to announce our first WeBe FORWARD program - FEDS FORWARD. FEDS FORWARD is a non-political, human-centered support program that connects federal employees in transition with a range of resources including low-fee or no-fee counseling by mental health professionals ready to walk beside them.
The first phase of this project is underway – our team is gathering resources and curating a list of licensed mental health professionals who are offering low-fee or no-fee counseling to this community.
We expect to complete phase one and open our digital doors to former federal workers by early July!
If you’re a former federal worker interested in joining this community, please check back periodically. If you’re a licensed mental health professional interested in offering your services, please contact Lisa Calixto at [email protected].
If you’re concerned about yourself or someone you love, please call 988 (press 1 if you are a Veteran or a Service member). If you’d like to support mental health efforts in your community, please donate your time or resources to local or national nonprofit organizations providing services and support.
